The LIneage of the Ageless Wisdom – Part 2

The Philosophy Series – The Lineage of The Ageless Wisdom Part 2

This course is the second in a planned series of courses which will aim to introduce participants to the long lineage‭ ‬of‭ ‬‬teachers‭ ‬and‭ ‬teachings‭ ‬ ‬of‭ ‬the‭ ‬ Ageless‭ ‬ ‭Wisdom‭ ‬ ‬from‭ ‬Hermes through to the twentieth century.

Appropriately it will focus on two ancient, yet extremely important masters, Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha and Jesus/Yeshua, whose teachings transcend any time or place and are of direct relevance to us all now. Unfortunately, none of the teachings that have come down to us are directly from them; all were put together by followers after their death and have been redacted and revised even further later. Hence it is important to bring careful energetic discernment to reading sutras of the Buddha and the gospels, canonical and gnostic, and such readings will be a focus of the course to draw out the true Livingness within them

This Course is For Everyone Who Wishes to Know Our True History

All of us have been taught history in school and have mostly been bored by it, all the fragments: facts and figures, kings and wars. We see little relevance of any of this to our own lives. But the history we have been taught is mostly a smokescreen of what the true history of humanity and our civilisations has been about – the continual evolution of our awareness. That true history is the story of the teachers of the Ageless Wisdom, and it needs to be told so that we can all understand who we really are and how we have arrived at this era. Their teachings are still very relevant to each and every one of us in our lives. The dilemmas they faced and the choices they made are no different from those that we encounter today, and their teachings offer us powerful signposts to living responsible and loving lives.
