There are a lot of words about women and well-being but they rarely get to the core of what it means to be a woman in well-being. As women we can know from our own lives and looking around us at other women, that although we might be highly accomplished in career, family life or social aspects, we are generally not living with the joy, self-acceptance and self-worth that is possible. While there are certainly more healthy choices we can make it is not to do with how many vitamins we take or self-improvement books we read. There is something we are missing. What is it to enjoy true well-being as a woman? It is there in all of us, but how do we live this? How do we make a start or build on what we already have?
Our presenters, Josephine and Rachael will open the discussion with participants to explore this deeper.
